Oh, what a productive day!

It has been a mighty productive day on the wedding front. Earlier this morning, I posted a status update on my facebook, saying that I am looking for a good photographer (read- good=in my budget)...

Then when I get home from work I get a call from Holly saying that her mom is willing to be our Day of Coordinator. SWEET! I love how people are coming together to make this wedding happen. It's about community and values.

When I got home from work my aunt sent me a message on facebook with a photographer recommendation. So, I emailed her contact and received a phone call from him 20 minutes later. His prices and services are JUST what I wanted. I have an appointment with him Friday to go over the details. Frekin sweet. So in a matter of hours we have a DOC and a photographer.

Amazing.

I think it has been a pretty productive two weeks. Next week, I have an appointment with a local florist who includes a dance lesson in her packages. That way, Tom and I wont look like kids at a middle school dance when we are having our first dance as husband and wife. How cool is that?!?!
