I scream, you scream, we all scream....


Soooooo... I'm on a mission. My brother recently got a job as an ice cream maker for Edy's. He can get ice cream REALLY cheap. I'm thinking I would like to serve ice cream at the wedding and offer ice cream pints as wedding favors. But, How in the world do I keep ice cream frozen for hours while we are partying? And keep it frozen until just before guests leave. Yet, still make it presentable for favors? Urrgh...

Check into dry ice for the ice cream.
